Regular implementation
Weekly sessions (we can skip when you're traveling). 50/50 - half you speak, half I do. I share knowledge, case studies, research. WhatsApp between sessions. After 5-10 sessions most find their rhythm. NDA available if you need it.
Planned completion
Goal: you stop needing me. Typically 3-6 months of collaboration. Then ad-hoc meetings when new challenges arise. Some return after a year with a new project. This isn't years of therapy - it's concrete transformation.
From small town to National Lottery UK
I started helping out in my mother's law office in Lidzbark Warmiński. For 13 years in the UK I managed technology projects worth £200M+. Most recent: £140M National Lottery UK transformation (Vodafone/Allwyn took over after 30 years from Camelot, 2024).

Why is the first session free?
This isn't a promotion - it's an honest test. In 90 minutes we'll find the root problem or determine we're not a fit. I'd rather invest my time than take 1,799 PLN for something that might not work. 50% of people after the free session continue - and those are the right clients.
How long does typical collaboration last?
3-6 months for concrete transformation. I don't believe in coaching as "life support" for years. You have a problem → we find the source → work on the solution → you complete transformation → you go on alone. Some return after a year with a new challenge - that's natural. But continuous dependency? That's a coach's failure.
Can I claim this as a business expense?
Yes, 100%. I issue VAT invoices as "business consulting services" or "management coaching". I can also issue as "training" if your company prefers. NDA included if you need it. Payment by transfer after session, 14-day term.
Is this for me if I have doubts?
70% of my clients had doubts before the first conversation. "Isn't coaching an HR invention?", "I'll manage myself", "This probably isn't for me". Normal.
